Hello,
When I used tag_bind to bind the objects in the Canvas and then called destroy() method to destroy the whole Window Manager,it was crashing on Windows.The Canvas widget is the child of Window Manager. The destroy() method is called when we try to close the Window manager.If destroy() method is called without the tag_bind(),we are able to close the window properly.Hence the combined usage of tag_bind() and destroy() is responsible for causing the problem.
I am using Tcl 8.3.5 and Tk 8.3.5 from www.sourceforge.net and Python 2.3.3 from www.python.org.

I had also tried tag_unbind() to unbind all the tags associated with the Canvas before destroying the whole Widget. But the problem persisted then also.
Could you please give your suggestions to get out of this problem?
